Feedback on our policies, procedures and ideas to help us improve how we engage our customers

The Readers Group receive MSV's documents before they go 'live' such as MSV Newsletter, Leaflets and Posters, to ensure they are customer friendly and they will suggest any necessary changes before they are distributed.

Personal qualities and skills required to become a Reader's Group member are as follows:

  • Good concentration
  • Professional and open-minded
  • Respect confidential information
  • Able to analyse written information
