Understanding your rent and service charge for 2024/2025
We've made changes to customers' rent and service charges, effective 1st April 2024.MSV’s rents are set using government guidelines which ensures that rent levels remain affordable. For the rent year 2024/2025 we have increased rents by 7.7% in line with the Government’s Rent Standard. Customers will have received a rent charge letter and a leaflet explaining how their rent has been calculated. Or read about the 53 week rent year here |

Payment options:
Direct Debit
The easiest way to set up a Direct Debit is to telephone us with your bank details, and we can set up a Direct Debit straight away for you.
Alternatively please ask us for a Direct Debit form or download a copy here, please ensure you fill in your Tenancy Agreement Reference Number (this can be found on your rent statement).
Then post to: Mosscare St Vincent’s, Finance Department, 7th Floor, Trafford House, Chester Road, Stretford, Manchester M32 0RS.

You can now pay your rent easily and quickly by text through Allpay. Follow instructions here to get this set up.
Telephone / internet banking
You can make a rent payment direct into our bank account via your bank.
If you are an MSV resident you will need to quote our Sort Code (20-55-34) and Account Number (60650595). When making payments via this method please ensure you include your reference with the payment which is your Tenancy Agreement Reference Number (this can be found on your rent statement).
Allpay
MSV staff can now take your rent payment through My MSV Account using your debit or credit card. This payment method is completed via a secure payment service.
Using your Rent Card
At any Post Office or PayPoint outlets. If you have lost your rent card please phone your Housing Officer. For a list of local locations that accept your card, you can go to www.allpay.net/outlets
Standing order
Please request, complete and sign the Standing Order form. This should then be sent direct to your bank. Please ensure you include your reference with the payment - this is your Tenancy Agreement Reference Number which can be found on your rent statement. The completed form should then be taken or posted directly to your bank. You can request a standing order form by emailing us at enquiry@msvhousing.co.uk
Cheque
Make your cheque payable to “Mosscare St Vincent’s” and write your name and address and tenancy reference number (this can be found on your rent statement) on the back of the cheque.
