World Mental Health Day: You're Not Alone

Thursday, 10 October 2024

Looking after your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health

In the North West, around 1 in 4 adults experience a mental health issue each year.

Conditions like anxiety and depression are common, and it's okay to seek help when you need it.

You don't have to go through it alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just not yourself, there are plenty of resources and support services available in Greater Manchester and the wider North West region.

Reaching out is the first step, and there's no shame in asking for support when you need it.

For more help, don’t hesitate to contact MSV's Wellbeing Team. They’re here to listen and provide guidance, so feel free to reach out by emailing CustomerSupportTeam@msvhousing.co.uk.
