You may receive a call from the independent research company IFF Research, who are conducting tenant satisfaction surveys on our behalf to gather feedback about our services.
IFF Research will be calling from 0161 394 0457, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could answer and take part in the survey.
The survey will take approximately six minutes and cover topics such as your home, neighbourhood, rent, repairs, and how well we listen to your views. Following the Market Research Society’s code of conduct, calls will be recorded for training and quality control purposes.
IFF Research will notify us if you express significant dissatisfaction with any part of our service so we can address your concerns directly.
