This week, Councillor Gavin White joined our CEO Charlie Norman, MSV colleagues, and builders John Southworth on-site to hear about our plans to deliver 22 new homes—12 for Social Rent and 10 for Rent to Buy—as part of Manchester City Council’s Project 500 initiative.
Manchester City Council's Project 500 aims to build 500 affordable homes and more in the coming years.
The project launched in 2022 and is part of a wider housing strategy developed in collaboration with the Manchester Housing Providers Partnership (MHPP). The goal is to ensure the city builds the right homes in the right locations to meet demand, fostering diverse, sustainable, and long-lasting communities.
