We are looking for MSV customers to join our Kindness Fund Panel.
Who are we looking for
- 6 x MSV customers to sit on our funding panel
- Persons who can be objective and non-biased
- Community spirited and passionate
- Customers with access to an email
What’s Involved?
Whenever we receive a Kindness Fund application, we will ask our panel of customers to score against our matrix.
Scoring
We ask our customers to be objective and score each application on its merits against our funding criteria. This does not involve meeting in person or online, simply fill out the form and email back to us. Personal information will be redacted to remain compliant with PECR and GDPR protocol.
First Initial Meeting
For those of you who wish to be part of the Panel, we invite you to our offices to discuss what exactly is expected regarding scoring each application as to whether they should receive community funding from us. If you need transport to the venue, we will arrange this for you.
Why are we doing this?
At MSV we are committed to embedding Customer Voice in everything we do. We're passionate about our customers having their say on how our community fund is being spent. As part of the Community Pioneers project, we ensure our customers have input into our quality standards, by building and strengthening people power.
